L’Alqueria is an old farmhouse of Arab origin. Located on the outskirts of Banyeres de Mariola (Alicante), here we can enjoy the tranquillity and pleasures of the countryside. From its windows we can enjoy the beautiful views of the Serrella mountain, the Peña la Blasca and the Molí l’Ombria, where the Vinalopó river runs.
Since March 2006 we began its restoration, preserving the materials and its original state. Its thick stone walls and wooden beams have been preserved.
Currently the house consists of the old stable used as reception, an interior patio with barbecue, 5 tourist apartments, a swimming pool, parking and a garden with barbecues, where you can enjoy the good weather, the fresh air and the tranquillity.
